Need info please.

Ordered some goods from PC Link Computers awhile ago.
I see they have a listed office in Florida Glen and Mustek Business Park.

I see people complaining on their site their goods are not been delivered.

Question is has anyone else experience problems?
Is this one of many company scams out there?
They not answering their telephones.

Feedback appreciated.

I bought a touch screen monitor from them, had no problems and the screen works for a POS cash system .
 
I have ordered from them twice, and have received my goods both times.

I have had to enquire about things here and there, but the prices are good and I have received everything I ordered from them both times.

So in my experience, they are definitely not a scam - my personal opinion is that they strike me more as a smaller outfit that doesn't necessarily have dedicated people doing dedicated things.

Make use of the "Start Conversation" function on your order somewhere, they are quite responsive on there. They have removed all "phone" communication avenues, which is not completely unreasonable in today's age I guess.

I will use them again.
 
I ordered a webcam from them yesterday and went to their Midrand (Mustek) office this morning to pick it up.

Not a scam
 
I ordered a very expensive gaming laptop on their website. They delivered a substandard laptop, that I returned the next day. I am battling to get my money back from them...- they keep on telling me that I will be refunded by given dates....the dates pass...I am still waiting for my refund. I wouldn't recommend them....u cant call their offices and their response on email and website is poor.
 
Sounds like importers / drop shippers. I am not a fan of it. Having a little bit of experience with it (via a family member), it is not a nice business to be in. And when your clients received the wrong product, working on extremely tight profit margins, it is difficult to get refunds, and then you still need to keep the client happy while fighting for the refund. Would rather import myself or get from Amazon.

I ordered from PClink.com their import business on the 9th December. Havent heard a peep. My order still says "unfulfilled" and they are silent on emails and of course their phones dont work

Exactly. My order hasnt moved since december. Yet I can't contact them on the phone and they don't bother to respond to emails or enquiries in the site

If you think they have time to support you when things go wrong, it's absolutely your call.
Most normal people will realise that it's bad for business and they should have a separate business name for the 'side hustle'

Sitting frustrated and confused with this company. All E mails unanswered from the mail address given. No contact details for a telephone call. Hoping that this site will highlight the many nefarious tech companies we need to avoid at all costs. "Let the buyer beware" In this case I did not do my due diligence.
 
Can anyone that lives around the area and is going there ask them for a contact number that works please?
At the moment it seems like they are unreachable except via walkin.

Have you tried making use of the "Communication" tab on your order? Last time I got very quick responses there.

Damn at least you had some sort of response, I got nothing for my order, and seems my account has been deleted. These guys are wasted now - time to end their business!!
