Requested cancellation of my order, Have contacted my private banker @ FNB to assist with a reversal of EFT if they ignore that as well.

Literally 5 minutes after this post, I get an email:

"our order #100080 (July 19, 2019) has been received and is now being processed. "

I get the feeling there is no support channel/staff and some random who processes orders if and when they feel like it inbetween classes or Fortnite matches.

I'm also assuming the order will be rushed out and my other mails requesting refund ignored until "Oh we couriered it off already".

I've just got a call from them and he said my mainboard that I purchased from them, is not compatible (obviously it is). He was trying to convince me that it is not so he sent me an email with a link that shows me at the very top of the page that there was a new bios update released.
What on earth was he thinking???????????????
