Hi all.
Met a lady in 2015, got engaged 3/9/2016,married 12/3/2017, and ever since our friendship, relationship and finally our marriage, it has been 90% of the time difficult and troublesome.
Finances a train wreck, love and mutual respect for each other damaged with no aspect of possible recovery. Yes, We attended 24 sessions to attempt to rectify our differences, and finally saw our wedding pastor last night, and very amicable did all the parties agree that our relationship is irreconcilable.
We just want to start the divorce process, but cannot find the forms for high court on the Internet, it is uncontested, out of community with accrual which is a zero sum (proper ANC in place) , and we both want to get it done, without incurring any UNnecessary costs.
Does anyone have a link to get the forms, or should I just approach the court clerk to request it?
