Who still worry about those pesky desktop wallpapers. I formatted my computer 3 months ago and I still have the default XP wallpaper and I couldn't care less.

i am always changing my wallpaper maybe thats why my pc keeps bombing.

InterfaceLIFT FTW.

I generally prefer dark, minimalist or just plain black wallpapers. I like having something aesthetically pleasing to look at when I have nothing open :)

I have visited Interfacelift for quite a while but for some reason these last few months I couldn't be bothered.

lol... I just meant I'd still prefer black to the Windows default wallpapers.

I also love that in Win7 you can cycle wallpapers over a certain interval :3

That is nice. I had 7 on for about 2 weeks before I switched back to XP. As soon as I upgrade from my AMD 3200, 1GB, 6600GT I will switch back to 7 again. 7 runs fine on my setup ... except for the games.

I was on XP for years and I kept the default wallpaper the entire time.

Now on 7 and haven't changed anything, it happens automatically as mentioned above!

Same here - I'm also too lazy to change mine very often so it's been suck on this for a while now (without the © of course. :D)

Windows 7's wallpapars change often enough to keep things interesting, but I also spent a bit of time the other night selecting a bunch of good looking ones from a wallpaper site.

Pointing W7 to this directory makes things more interesting than just staring at a single wallpaper.

To be honest Pyro 95% of the time I can't see my wallpaper.:)

I either have a browser or an application open in full screen, but when I need quick access to info, being able to see what is displayed on my desktop is so much easier with a dark wallpaper.

I do, and I generally can't stick with the same wallpaper for more than 2 weeks. My rule is to always use sleek easy on the eyes wallpapers, something that's not overly distracting. :)

I constantly change my wallpapers, I love messing around with the desktop.

gary thanks for that.
