I think the only reason some of these pills work, is because you are very aware of your weight, diet and exercise because you are taking them.
You turn down that cake, you drink extra water, you get motivated to go to gym.
We burn calories all the time, if these pills "accelerated" this process, you would be able to take them and make zero changes and see a result. You dont though...so save the cash and rather buy an ipod nano and make an awesome playlist to gym to. Or get an active hobby
