Has anyone used it?
Does it work?

Im really considering buying it, I got a small "boep" from playing pc all day etc.
So anyway Im off to the gym everyday now and one bloke there said phedra cut works.

One of its claims is "Delayed fat absorption", how on earth does this help???(Does it make a difference if I take in the fat now or later...its still fat)

Thanks,
Billy

it means you crap it out before your body absorbs it / doesn't absorb it as much.

it does work, ive used it.

hmmm......been thinking the other day that i wanna start using it again.

If you do not eat right and continue to drink beer your boep will not go away. You can exercise and go crazy and do 2000 stomach crunches a day but if your eating crap the whole day you won't lose your boep.

unless he uses phedra cut. plus he is exercising every day.

Sadly, I am of the opinion that it is crap - it did not work for me.

just eating correctly and exercising will exorcist your boep; which is allot healthier in the end anyways.

don't agree here.....

my ex had used it before as well and she also says IT DOES WORK. she said it's the only time she had a sort of six pack forming...LOL

+1

Nothing beats exercise, and there are way better pills out there - I recall Hot Rox being very effective, haven't seen it in stores for awhile though.

i also have some sort of sick pack... its just under a one pack protection atm :):D

imho people don't want to put in the effort rather have the just-add-water fix. Anyways after 3 months of injuries and surgery, back into gym. the only thing that kept my weight in check was purely the way i ate.

Keeper telling people that phedra cut and exercise will sort out a boep is a lie. 80% diet 20% training will give you a six pack.

Check the ingredients on the Phedra cut package; I think that is the one with Green Tea extract? Green tea can be bought from a shop for around R20/kg, which will last you years, and is about 1/10 the price of that Phedra cut.

Seriously, a guy I work with went on diet for six months and took phedra cut and some other crap. He spent around R1500 and lost 5 kilos. Thats R300 per kilo! I told him to stop wasting his money and exercise. He stopped the pills, started dancing and lost 5 kilos in a month.

Diet and exercise; all you need....

Also, try find just find one peer reviewed study, published in credible journal, that backs up any of these tablets claims "Delayed fat absorption". Not gonna happen....

Dont know about that fat absorption thing but there are 3 papers listed on the back of the phedra cut bottle.

1.Kobayashi Y et al. Capsaicin-like antiobese activities of evodiamine from fruits of Evodia rutaecarpa, a valinoid receptor agoinst. Planta Med 2001 Oct.67(7):628-33

2.Kutiyan R et al. Effect of Caralluma fimbriata extract on appetite, food intake and anthropometry in adult Indian men and women. Appetite 2007 May;48(3):338-44

3.Maeda H et al. Fucoxanthin from edible seaweed, Undaria pinnafida, shows antiobesity effect through UCP1 expression in white adipose tissues. Biochem Biophys Res Commun. 2005 Jul 1; 332(2):392-7

And I have like a litre of Iced green tea that I make myself/ day

This one found that the active substance increased the body core temperature by 1-2 degrees and should therefore increase the rate the body burns energy - the experiment was done on mice.

This study found: While there was a trend towards a greater decrease in body weight, body mass index, hip circumference, body fat and energy intake between assessment time points in the experimental group, these were not significantly different between experimental and placebo groups. Caralluma extract appears to suppress appetite, and reduce waist circumference when compared to placebo over a 2 month period.. So they never expected anybody to actually read it then....

This study was a good one. Lots of technical stuff about amino hydrogenious antoprotoplasim effects. Of course this study was done in a lab, by dropping bits of chemical over cow and mouse fat and seeing what happens. Of course, this is different to how the tablet is taken....

If phedra cut did work, then there would be a paper that simply says (like other medical trials), "taking this tablet makes people thin" (not mice) :-)

Good decision; you can use that 300 to buy me a beer next time I'm in bloem ;-)

Dude get the pills.

They give you a ton of energy which makes you feel like you can gym alot more. I know just mentally popping these pills makes me run faster and further because i could feel the energy and it drove me to push myself harder and harder.

I use this but am looking for a pill that has no caffeine in it.

All i know is phedra cut worked - not sure about the rest of the stuff (shakes/etc)

and it was pretty quick too!

of course you have to gym, but I noticed I was doing much better by using phedra cut.

those guys that say it doesn't work - how many of you have actually, ermm...tried it?

if it doesn't work 4 u, sorry - I found it to be one of the "least bu11sh1tting" products though....

but whatever - i don't give a **** - i'm getting mine!
