Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

As I said, I'm not sure about the timing. I looked on the web now and I see different recommendations, but most of them seem to be about 35 - 40 minutes at about 200 Celsius. I've never tried making a baked potato in the microwave but I would assume one of the advantages is a crispy skin. Or can you get a crispy skin with a microwaved potato?

Thought so.
I prefer brick and mortar stores.
Haven't tried getting it crispy yet as I usually just put it in water, prick a few holes and toss it all in the microwave.
I suppose it's more a boiled potato than baked then I guess

Definitely.
I haven't found a single thing that you can't cook in this thing. I've even done a whole chicken and roasties

Was reluctant to buy one but after reading about its praises on this forum I decided to take the plunge.
No regrets. Over the past few months it has become the most used appliance in my kitchen. Steak, chicken, pork chops and veggies galore! And for the kids chips, nuggets, fish fingers and more!

No. But I haven't found anything you can't fry in the air fryer yet with less oil and less fuss.

What's the difference between all the models? Takealot have an Extra Large for R 2 915 (HD9240/92), but there's a normal airfryer for R 3 199 (HD9621/91) and one for R 3 730 (HD9230/21)?

The HD92xx range is digital. Just different capacity.
HD96xx range is analogue.
Best advice I can give is go for the biggest capacity there is. I have the 9240 XL one that often goes on special at Loot and Takealot and even that might be too small at times for a family of 4. Especially if you want leftovers for lunch the next day.

I've had my airfryer for a few weeks now. Is it normal for the mesh at the bottom of the basket to rust? I'm really hoping not.
