Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

Looked at some knockoff Airfryers today at Game and non of them had the starfish design the bottom was just flat. That Milex Dual Airfryer doesn't even have a pan. Too funny.
LOL so the guy that keeps hammering about the patented Starfish says he cannot find another product with the same patent? LOL do you know what a patent is?
You know you can stick a balloon on your baseball cap and go patent it as a new mobile wind direction detector?

A patent does not stop anyone from copying you. It just gives you the right to take them to court then. If your patent really have some great value or results it will be copied, like Samsung copying Apple and fighting it in courts.
So nobody bothers to copy your starfish design, because it have no added benefit. If it added any significant value someone would just come up with something similar like an octopus 8 leg design airflow to bypass your patent.

Like I said before. If you look at best air fryers whether in US or Europe, the Philips will not feature in the top 5 anywhere. Yet a few people on a small SA forum claim its the only real air fryer there is, without any proof?

Anyway I'm looking for an airfryer with knob controls with a large digital display for my granny. She likes to bake but her mind is very forgetful

And if you ever patent something.....you better have the money to back you up with all the legal stuff and court cases that are part of fighting for your patent if someone challenges you with something similar etc.

I've a friend who has been paying off a useless thing he patented almost 30 years ago. Waste of money cause it's a kuk idea that just happens to be illegal too lol.........what a ****.

Lol https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_Ultra_Smart_F700
A Korean design patent for this black, rectangular, round-cornered phone was filed by Samsung in December 2006 prior to the release of the image of the iPhone[4]

So I guess everything I said about your air fryer and its patent is true, as you did not counter anything?
As for your Samsung diversion,
Lol funny since you brought it up.

its easy to google how Samsung have settled with Apple out of court for patent infringements.
They were found guilty of infringing 6 patents. 6 out of hundreds if not thousands is hardly copying.

Ok so everything I said about your air fryer and patents are still true?
Copy is copy the court found that true also.
Lol I'm sure you think so and Apple has been found guilty as well whoopee doo.

Bunch of hogwash as usual. The patent also covers your octopus anyway.
