Where is this? That's a great price! Our place charges about R85/kg for those. We get these from the local frozen food place - R69 for 20 strips. Their wings and pops are also pretty decent.

Had the bites last night, they are delicious, now i have to find myself some chutney sprinkle so i can make kfc chutney pops.
Recently bought a Philips HD9270 XL, mainly to do bacon.
What a disappointment.
After 18 minutes on the default temp of 180 deg C the bacon is still grey and floppy. I want properly crisped bacon.
The Ninja airfryer I have at my place in the US does the bacon perfectly in 7-8 minutes. And US bacon is thicker than typical SA cuts.
I've taken a quick squizz around the ruddy machine to see if all the factory plastic is removed, and it seems clear.
Any experienced airfryer aces have any suggestions?
^ i hate it when a package only states time ... yea yea 10min ... but this is not a microwave with auto start ... what is recommended temp for your product Escort?? ....
and NO, I dont want to hear everything is baked at 180 ... bullsh|t.

Crumbed Pork Strips | Convenience Products
Eskort Crumbed Pork Strips; pre‑cooked, ready-to-be heated from frozen. Oven‑bake at 180 °C for 15–18 min. Great addition to platters.eskort.com
So a question. All these crumbed precooked stuff you buy, they have all been fried in oil and then frozen. So does that not kind off defy the argument of healthy air fryer with less oil?
And no I don't care about the oil, if oil is need to make something taste better then so be it. Just asking as many always claim the health benefits.
I just bought a Instant pot dual something or other - how's the feeling around them?Successfully made 8 chicken nuggets for the kids.
Does it have a digital timer and can you cancel it half way through the countdown?
I saw on the cheapie Philips model a major complaint was the timer was analog(wtf) and if you wanted to cut the cooking short you have to unplug the whole thing and wait for it to run out.
It works well - wife is using it every day. I can see how a bigger single basket could be beneficial - but for us, this works. If I didn’t have each separate device already would definitely have considered it an option.
We used to get them there but the place in Mt Pleasant is cheaper, and closer to home.Vrot & veg..
