Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

Yes well done you simpleton’s, sadly you also can’t boil water in an air fryer, hard to believe but it’s true. What I meant was oven vs air fryer, which was the basis of the video that sparked this fresh episode of starfishgate..

Fortunately it's difficult to feel insulted by someone who can't pluralise simpleton (irony) correctly.

BTW most of the things in the article I linked to can be baked in the oven.

Which frozen chip cook best in the air fryer, is there anything between the various brands?
 
Thanks for all the recommendations.
Is there any trick to getting good chips out the air fryer, apart from spraying some oil on them before chucking them in?

I do prefer chips a little on the soggy side, I don’t like it when they are overly dry.

Easy. If you spray them with oil, they will be soggy. No oil they will be dried out desert bananas

Just fry them in that case
