Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

That’s not something I have thought about, does that even work?
I use frozen bread to make toast
Then I can get rid of my toaster, more counter space, air fryer life..
I tried making toast but didnt like it, It comes out super dry to a point where it feels/tastes stale.

Maybe spraying a little oil on would help, was that frozen bread or fresh?
Fresh. But it also didn't get that crispy golden brown color that you want from toast, It was just hard some what semi brown bread. Making toast in an airfryer is also a lot more effort than throwing it in a toaster.

I was thinking about French toast but the mess, seems that lady does the cooking in a ceramic bowl that she puts in the basket?

Yes I have done toast that is amazing in the air fryer. Put margarine or even better butter on both sides and put it on highest temp till they are golden brown, not to brown, more yellow with a brown tint. Those are pretty good.
But I will never substitute it for the a toaster.
Toaster is faster and nothing to clean.

Hey fkfaces!!
As per @backstreetboy recommendation I tried the Checkers Housebrand frozen chips and they are winners. 15mins in the Milex Rebranded Kenwood and it's perfection, only draw back is I can see obesity in the horizon if I'm not careful because they are addictive. Even more so at R29 p/kg, if you need the Woolies logo on your frozen chips packet to fit into your social group they also sell the same thing for R49.

I made some crumbed mushrooms for the first time over the weekend and I must say, the airfryer outdid itself. I was really happy with the result.

My first time using an airfryer, if I like the chicken I get out from this I'll buy one when I get home next week.

My colleague has one, she said 20 minutes per side at 180 then 10 minutes at 220 degrees.

After using one of these today I’ll NOT ever buy one for one major reason which is that the basket and the tray don’t separate and so if you try to flip it over to get stuff out the entire under side parts moer out.

Major design fail.

That time is also outrageous. 30min max.
