Avoiding PFAS is the benefit.
The snapshots you guys have all posted do look lekker, but I'm on a personal crusade here.
I mean this isn't a terribly helpful comment. I could forgive that if it was funny but... it's not.
PFAS chemicals are pretty bad. They may or may not have health impacts for humans in the trace amounts that you'll get in your air fryer (or indeed your AirFryer) but the industrial processes used to make stuff with teflon coatings is pretty bad for plants, animals, etc:
Since the 1950s, PFAS chemicals have been used in non-stick cookware, water-repellent clothing, stain resistant fabrics and carpets, some cosmetics, some firefighting foams, and products that resist grease, water, and oil.

Anyway, not to derail the thread. Just to substantiate why I asked. Carry on as you were, I really like the idea of the airfryer but I don't *need* it since I am already a pretty decent cook using conventional methods and I'd rather put up with the extra inconvenience than introduce unnecessary teflon into my life. (I enjoy cooking so it's not really an inconvenience for me.)
