Philips Airfryer - anyone have?

Best would probably to get it to a service centre, or at least give them a call:

Or if you brave enough, give it a deep clean.
Ya, that's what I was looking for! İt's too old for me to pay for a service. Deep clean it is. I suspect something has gummed up the touch pad.

Hi all. My Phillips air fryer has been weird for a while. İf it's plugged in, it randomly turns itself on and off, sometimes while using it, it will turn off, or just stop frying (status on but not doing anything).
Any thoughts as to where the fault might be? İt's an older model (probably about 5 or 6 years old). My mum bought us a replacement XXL recently as a gift, but I'd like to fix this one if I can.

Touch buttons?

Just clean it properly.

Seems to be a good price. But they advertised it as an Air Fryer ?? Someone needs to correct them.

I noticed the same thing on my older one. I have tried cleaning the buttons but it didn't work. I also noticed that it happens more frequently when I try to power it from an inverter instead of the grid. I now switch it off at the plug because I dont want it to turn on at random and burn my house down...

Sorry for derailing the thread, my mom wants a basic airfryer can't pay the price of Phillips , I see on take a lot lots of silver crest 6 or 7l ones for around R700 , are those okay? There so many solver crest but which one?

Just read the reviews. I would not buy that.
For R1.2-R1,6k you can get pretty good ones even a bit less on special.
Rather get a Milex, Gold air, Kenwood, Defy etc that is a bit more known.
