In that case..... I've got two. While one is busy making the most devine chips, the other is frying my sirloin to perfection. I hear you can make ice cream in them - will try the weekend.
 
Really thinking about this. Only two of us in the house, but we do entertain a bit, so not sure what size to get.

Check the Essential Airfryer XL HD9280/91 (1.2Kg, 6.2L)

Now sure how legit DD is but this is the cheapest current pricing I could find

Any who actually have the HD9650/99 take a photo of the basket, I've gotten the new one but it still doesn't detect. So that means it doesn't heat up and continues to blow cold air only.

The left "'wing" in the red circle should be flat or have a bump?

Not the same.
9280 has wifi.
9270 does not.

I don't think its important though. Just pointing out the minor difference.

Actually DD is the 9280/91 but checkers is listing HD9260/91. Either way I was looking at maximum size over price compared to the XXL's sizing and 6.2L is close.

Checkers will be the 9270. Grabbed one last year when the special was R2200 with the card. Also yeah the XL is more than enough since you can stack food in these things.

And probably my next new airfryer if the XXL is ****ed. Not going to pay anther round of 4k for it.

Final update on the basketgate

1. SLServices/4Home refund is now paid out by payfast even though they subtracted about R30 without any reason given.
2. That basket wasn't the basket for my airfyer (HD9650/99) but this is. Went to Eurostore to swap it out.
