125C for 11min.

Straight out of fridge and ice bath after.

I reckon 9min will be perfect.

Also sage infused butter works really well with eggs.

For the apples...

I'm not using 200c at 10-15, but rather 190c for 15 mins renders them perfect. Apples are pealed, cut to quarters, tossed in light oil and added to the airfryer. Then while that is going on in another bowl, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp golden syrup, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp castor sugar. When the apples are done, then toss them in the sugar and syrup mix.

Straight off the counter that? Or also from the fridge?
Directly from my fridge. Fridge is set at 4c.

Preheat airfryer for 4 mins at 125c
Add eggs directly from fridge
Then 11 mins at 125c
Finally, eggs to cold water bath

I have the xxl and I placed the eggs in the corners. The eggs is > 66 gr. You know for the 666 effect.
