Not much to vote for some say nothing about holidays and more for a wildlife competition or recreational one.

So between 4, 7, 9

Fully agree. I love #7 --- it reminds me a little of Death Valley .... wish I had a proper camera back then

Just remember that every person spends holidays in a different way! And remember that some of us have not been on holiday in years!

So I totally get the wildlife and recreational pics being part of this! I love nature and would spend most of my time trying to snap a great wildlife pic while on holiday in the bush. Trying to get awesome landscape photos would also be high on my list.

So impressed that I actually made the cut :) There are some amazing pics in the pic thread!
That was taken on the 2nd day of my holiday, 3 days after getting my camera :)

Voting for the Golf Shot.
Considering the quality of the shot (design and concept) and the "camera" used to take it, it far outshines the rest of the rest of the entries!

Well done!
I was a bit surprised that some of the entries that were submitted (mine included) never even made it the top 10 and it is rather telling that the majority of the top 10 are high to top end camera's.

There are only 3 "Top End" Camera Bodies there...
The 7D, 50D and 60D....
So that's 3 camera's out of 10, The others are entry level SLR's and other camera's and Phone's

If you intend to quote me, then do so properly.
...high to top end... There is 1 or 2 off the shelf camera's and 1 mobile phone.
