Number 4 captured the essence of a 'holiday' photo ....... most of the rest have been seen before/done before/can be done any time. Not taking away from those other pics at all, before anyone takes offence.

Last time people moaned about the quality of the equipment, professionals/amateur taking part, amount of editing etc

Not much to vote for some say nothing about holidays and more for a wildlife competition or recreational one.

So between 4, 7, 9

I choose 7 for the originality and humour

Was hoping my real Israel holiday pictures would get into the Top 10, if we take out the ones which arent 4, 7 & 9, lots of people who made great holiday photo's should have gotten a spot.

WOW! I can't believe that I am in the top ten considering that this is the first photo competition that I have entered. #4 Nostalgia

My top 3 are Occasional Flooding, Nostalgia and Beach Vibes.
Those are the 3 pics that shout "Holiday" to me more than any of the others.

If we had to vote on just "best photo" in general though, then one of the more pro pics, such as the Leopard, the Chameleon or the Flamingos would get my vote. But this is a "Holiday" photos contest, so I had to vote for what speaks to me of a Holiday. My Holiday was at Soddies so it was very hard to NOT automatically vote for the Beach pic.
