Photo competition: Win a Canon EOS 500D

It was not mentioned what the judging criteria is. Is the winner the best photo posted or is it a lucky draw?

The former always seems to favour the person with the better current camera and other equipment (tripod, flash etc) and the best post shoot photoshopping skills. This is always likely to result in a more appealing visually appealing photo than someone who snapped the same subject with a cellphone.

true, my submitted photo has one Topaz filter but that's about it. Admin, could we have some clarity on the what is and isn't allowed?
