Just a question. With this new election.....would ivy's job be up for sale again? I mean is there a chance that with the outcome that mbeki might shift her somewhere else?

No, the current elections are for municipalities, not central government

None afaik unless you are confused with the shares "owned" by the govt.

Parliament’s code of conduct requires all MPs and their spouses to disclose all shares and directorships ... it is called the "Register of Member's Interests" and is open to the press and public.
 
The more exposure this issue gets, the better for us. Someone should offer the deputy our support, perhaps send her some choccies or something!
 
Is this not the same person that went on a R700K holiday, using our money?
Sorry, but I will only believe anything she says after it is done, and a dozen witnesses come forward to prove it.

Ok, I enlarged it and see Telkom phone is holding on SAT-3 arm??..(still looks familiar)...with all might while the GVT is looking on via a PC web cam (realy looks fishy now, xxx?) with the usual intelligent? facial expression we came accustomed too. Does it look like Ivy? Hehe Better description?

talk in the corridors is that it is fairly certain she will leave in June - apparenly she has been wanting to resign for some time but was required to see the SNO licensing foobar thru to completion (thereby adding some 2-3 years to her stint)
 
I will believe the SA Government when I see the results. For ten years, all they have done is make bold statements, and guess what? There has been NO ACTION. SA Government, if you may one more press statement, I will personnally vomit. Stop talking and get out there and DO SOMETHING!!!!

Agreed. In fact, the whole thing smacks of political manouvering. Who is complaining the loudest about the "jol"? The "first economy" people, not the poor and impoverished. Who complains most about broadband etc? Once again, the "first economy".

Best bet? Get the thief to blow hot air about what her critics most want to hear.

Well if the government in general has its way, the 'masses' will never understand this.
They seem quite content too let the masses follow them blindly like sheep indefinately whilst the elite few keep counting the millions. Phumzile right up there with the worst of em.
 
She was sitting in the second row from the front, left block, picking her nose and investigating the findings. I think she missed the speach of the Deputy-minister.
