As I said in the other of the 2 threads you opened about same issue. reset your phone and load only the apps you really require, if you think someone is really accessing your phone remotely.

I am all very new to the software related ins and outs and overall stuffs. However, I am learning a lot and desperately need advice.
I have been super hacked - Samsung mobile phones, iMac, MacBook Pro, a Lenovo tablet, my Garmin watches, even my Hisense Smart TV, the Playstation, our electronic photo frame (BASICALLY everything that can connect via bluetooth) AND also almost my VW 's radio too because when Android auto wants to connect, pappie, it wants to connect ...*big sigh.
Please excuse my non PC jargon and or misuse of certain definitions.
I suspect a RAT come in through a link on we might have clicked sometime during the past five months, either via WhatsApp or via an SMS. BUT, I also had a "trusting friend" borrowing an older MacBook device. She sat, in my home, week after week online "working", and or to "look for work"...
In the meantime, I forgot that I was still logged into my google account on said old laptop.. (I know... I shall never ever make that rookie mistake again! EVER!!!!! And so, ja, the rest is history and now we are struggling and struggling and going in circles on a daily basis since all our devices and wifi line plus rooter has been infiltrated and taken over by these @£$%&*! hackers.
To know who it is, but not being able to track them is rather on the extremely frustrating side ... Hence, I am no IT BOFFIN, at all.
You see, this person got eyes on my recently installed router. She must have as she was here on that day, and now she and her minions have totatal control over my home Wifi and life setup.
I cannot change (tried numerously) the SSID passwords on the router. These SSID's just randomly appeared on my wifi network like in poof and it was there, just all of a sudden out of no where. Now, I cannot connect to these networks, even though I have numerously tried by typing in the passwords at the back of my router...
I also cannot connect on the landing pages to go to my router's landing page setup (Mweb is supposed to be our ISP and and when I checked my IP address via NordVPN FREE, it shows something like 41.133.308.18 and not the 192.168.0.1. and it says my ISP is NTT DATA of some sorts? I have never heard of them (it). And the IP address seems off! Very off!
Moreover, cannot access my Samsung account nor Icloud or Apple Id's as they, the *&^%^& "hackers" gained control over that too as I am locked out.
I know it is them, for sure, because after a few hard reset and system formats, the devices worked smoothlessly, but only for a while...
They locked me out and changed the passwords on all drives and back up said devices, drives and clouds with malicious cyber worms and bugs... So, now when they are on my Wifi (remotely), they are logged into my eg. Samsung account and that changed numerous location settings on most devices (I cannot switch the system apps etc off, ) only so they can share packets of who knows what amongst who knows who for who know what bloody reason! They do this remotely via bluetooth and make the devices find each other, connect to Wifi via installed apps and stealing who knows what more!
They do this via certain apps (again I cannot control the permissions of the hundreds of apps which I did not install)... Quickshare, Find Nearby Devices, etc etc etc.
I cannot change most of the system apps on my Samsung Galaxy mobile, they seem to have frozen some permissionsand also just totally deleted some options (Jail breaked, I think...) - I have had to hard reset the phones 3 times at the Samsung store. I have also had DigiCape and the iStore, hard factory reset my older iMac and old MacBook plus my partners new MacBook Pro. The resets worked the second time around, BUT, low and behold when I entered my home and connected to our wifi which I by the way, also changed the passwords of, but not ISP's urghhhh) the bluetooth on my phone went on by itself, connected to nearby devices and a string of those malicious apps were back on our phones! Here we go again! It spread to the other devices like a proper virus. This happened after we signed in with new google accounts; meaning side stepping all the clouds with backup settings tored on it..
The difference this time was that the new router dislayed networks like SSID's and not just the one wifi network I assigned to it... EISH!! There is a total of SSID2 up to SSID8 networks (8)... And when I tried to connect, well guess what? Locked out of course.....
I think this time they used the Smart TV, maybe the PS 3 or who knows what, to store their malicious bugs and worms because the TV can only connect via a LAN cable connected straight into the router now suddenly. I cannot connect to Wifi with my mobile phone at all. SSID password I do not have and the mobile settings has been frozen so I can only connect to a 2.5 Ghz wifi line and guess what, the one line I gave a name to, is a 5 Ghz!! I cannot seem to hotspot either... I tried. Mobile Data all the way...
Stranger it gets, when I switch my phone off, 90% of downloaded streaming apps on the Hisense TV does not work, even if the LAN cable is connected... I suspect they chrome cast and mirror back and forth although I do not know why and how it operates? And for what? I just know I cannot mirror or chrome cast to and from any of my devices. This was never an issue, but now it is.
To be more than frank, this is definitely a moerse and massive malicious drive (excuse the pun) of some sort! It boggles the mind. I do not know to what endy and WHAT they are doing exactly.
Of course I am aware that they steal my internet connection and mobile data and yes, making our lives very difficult and sabotaging our careers to the max and thinking they have these God complexes and what not... Another thing, Google is brilliant at collecting info and so is Samsung. If locked out of your accounts to this extreme, modes and routines can become your worst enemy . Think along the lines of Do not Disturb, Location patterns (setups) and routines (internet framing) that these evil minions set to activate at certain times doing all kinds of embarrassing shennanigans like sending private emails or phoning random people....
You on the other hand become unreachable, isolated, intimidated frustrated, paranoid and ultimately probable a little insane. I forgot to mention they threatened me to pay in cryptocurrency otherwise they will not leave me alone... We do not negotiate with .....!
I suspect ID Theft as our social media accounts has been stolen. My PRIMARY EMAIL has been taken over. ALL MY PRIVATE HOUSE< VEHICLE< WORK< ETC ETC was in there.
am a high school educator and qualified journalist so anything media is my passion, so loosing all that and 14 000 photographs were quite upsetting to say the least.
We have been dealing with the local Copshop, trying to get them to do something. The credit bureau is on high alert, the banks have been informed. We have renewed our bank cards three times already. I do not have cellphone banking or online banking anymore. As I am typing here I cannot access my playstore, so I cannot download apps, nor can I access my gmail on my phone, only on our computers. I cannot use my phone for mostly anything... Off, I have so many screenshots of the wickedness, and yet we cannot get around this. HELP PLEASE!
I have a lot of information on a flash drive which I gathered, copied and pulled one evening after they were remotely on the MacBook Pro. I do not know what it all might decipher, but I know they tried to get rid of the info ( a lot is encrypted) because they kept killing the tasks and I kept dimming the display so they could not go so fast and hinder me from copying onto flash... A proper cat and mouse game, but not anymore! This has caused heavy friction and hectic financial losses.
We are at our witts end, sitting with our hands in our hair, with ears hanging on the floor!
Why did they create a network within a network DHCP to connect or something like this? Why are they watching and recording and collecting? What are they doing with my network?
Can someone maybe shed some light on this rather darker phase we have been navigating, please!
I see the puzzle pieces, but do now understand nor see or fathom the bigger picture here. I can group the pieces together myself, but it takes an absolute lifetime for someone like me- teacher and journo remember - to learn all these IT things, albeit very interesting!
Lastly, if you think of it, I am a nobody. Not a famous person, not a bad person, just an ID number... An ordinary Saffa with a love for spaniels....
Please help me with some solid good advise, feedback, criticism , empathy or reprimand me for being utterly stupid and careless with google password login details, blogs and private EVERYTHING passwords. AIjaijai, we have been conned.
I trusted a master manipulator whom I thought was a friend... Needleed to say it leaves a bitter taste...
