I just woke up about 2.15am, 21.03.2024 to go to the toilet and when I wanted to put my phone torch on cos it was load shedding, on the screen was a content services ssid window open asking if I wanted to subscribe to a content service, and I was then looking at an sms telling me "you are successfully subscribed to PicForm from Opera Telecom for R7 a day. At which point I rushed to my Vodacom app and canceled this content service... It seemed to me that my phone was hacked and they managed to subscribe my number to content services. What's really scary is to think that while I was asleep someone was able to do whatever they wanted on my phone... And the thing is it's not the 1st time I logged into my phone to find open windows as if someone was actually using my phone while in locked screen.
