My wife used the PicknPay ASAP app to place an order on 15 December 2022 and when she wanted to check out, the items that were on special was out of stock. She then cancelled the entire order. The money was deducted from her account and she had to complete an "ewallet" request form.
She completed the form on 15th December 2022 and despite numerous calls to the PicknPay call centre and receiving confirmation that the refund would be done my wife is still waiting for a refund!
Needless to say we will no longer use the PnP online service!
As pensioners, every cent counts and I find it totally unacceptable that we have to wait so long for the money to be repaid.
