Pilchard curry

A qualification by a recognised institution...

I am rather of the opinion that a chef, in addition to culinary training, is also the one that writes menus, recipes, schedules work, controls costs, does inventories, hires and fires. In other words, she also does admin and managerial work.

Nope. Not at all. Many chefs aren't even responsible for perishable orders...

I know Ramsey is a chef and I presume he owned the restaurant, but surely there was someone else running the place for him ?????

they are the brand ...open resturants all over the world using they name ...and put in chefs trained by them

what they actually do is run marathons

My mom makes a great one and now I really want some :(

EDIT: I don't know how she makes it and I don't want to know how she makes it. This is one of those things I am happy to leave to the expert.

You're more the expert eating type, aren't you...?

I'm currently on a low carb eating plan so that means lots of fish, chicken and veges. The problem is I'm getting gatvol of chicken every other day so I need to look into fish variations and a tinned fish curry looks like a good option.

I like Dendens recipe so I'm going to sauce(:p) the ingredients and get busy :D

Fresh tomatoes are mostly water unless you buy them from farmers markets. You therefore have to cook them for an age to get any sort of decent flavour into sauces. Luckily the canning process takes care of some of this work for you and also softens them, so they cook into sauces far easier with a higher concentration of flavour...

I get my veg at our weekly farmers market...and yes, there's definitely a difference in the taste of fresh, juicy, plump ripe tomatoes and the store bought ones :)

Since you're doing low carb, you might want to ditch the potatoes and just add boiled eggs into the curry after it's cooked :)

Reza is an annoying little nancy. I'd rather watch paint dry than that fsck-faced moron. Even gays find him annoying...

I hadn't seen him before today and he's immediately become my most loathed character on TV.

Put him and Ainsley Harriot in a room and watch what happens.
