Ping, Latency & Better Gaming Speeds?

Recently started playing AoC - however my ping sits at around 350-450 which is barely acceptable for PvE but a certain death sentence when I try PvP.

Has anyone seen the services offered by guys like Lagless Proxy etc?

They are states-side I think, but I have seen one or two similar services for the EU servers.

Or has anyone tried to do their own SSH Tunneling direct to AoC?

Any advice on how to get my ping down to between 50 - 150 would be great - if it's even possible from SA.

When I played my best was on Web Africa Home Pro (Unshaped) with 180-210ms

50ms isn't possible from SA.

Give Battleping a shot, one of the best that I've tried. Currently trialing WTFast...it's been a pretty bad experience so far - going back to Battleping once it expires.
