Ping Reply Tool.

Hi Network Admin type people

I'm looking for a tool that i can provide a list of hostnames/ip's that the tool will ping and then provide a report of replies

At the moment doing a ping that replies to a text file, all manual

There is a tool I use that pings any device within an IP range. Is that what you are looking for?

Couldnt you just get this information from DNS and your DHCP server?

I use Network Scanner. Its free and I use it daily on my WAN. It has a simplistic interface and allows you to expand each PC it finds which shows you any shared folders.
