they are the closest pizza place to us but fsuck that. to many bad experiences. the wife point blank refuses. have to order delivery or drive past to go buy some pizza.

We made homemade pizza with a blinding tomato sauce Base tonight. Here's the recipe:
Fry an onion and garlic
Add can chopped tomatoes
Add cup chicken stock
Good sized pinch of parsley
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Optional chili sauce
Let it simmer down to thicken then puree in blender

It adds a major kick to the flavour

That does sound really nice.

I usually drain a can of Italian tomatoes, mash or blend it then spread it on the base. Pure flavour, quick and easy, the toppings will add the taste I want.
