Pizza! Pizza! Pizza!

Parma ham and mushroom on a sourdough base. Really happy with my pizza at the moment.

Made myself some really nice homemade pizza, put LOTS of cheese on it, and after it's been in the oven longer than what it should be, the cheese still doesn't want to melt. Find out later that the cheese my wife bought was processed cheese. Sick.

Was it already grated? Because that shjt grates differently.

Finally had pizza perfect. Had their one. Above average. Base was good. Wood fired a bonus.

Piza e Vino half and half.

Salami garlic and rocket on the one half. Pepperoni, bacon caramelised onions and feta on the other half. Oh and basil.

Probably the best crust I've had in years.

But bloody hell, somebody dropped the pot of salt on the pizza. Bolivian Salt Lakes will run empty soon if their pizzas are always this salty. And this coming from someone who likes salty stuff.

Those ingredients are already very salty, I love feta but on pizza it seems to be a lot saltier than normal.
