Specs of the PC?

But that would mean that your pc is the bottleneck, not the TV, what are you using the play the file?

Try playing it again and monitor Task Manager (resources).. Might be that your CPU, Ram or HDD is running against the roof.
Again, specs?

maybe he came right, and are watching the movie as you are commenting and therefore abandoned the thread.

Nah I think he has just decided to lower the quality to 1080 so he can finish his w.ank and will come sort the issue once he is done.
would be interesting to know what movie he is trying to watch?

Ok TV is Samsung 55 SUHD
PC specs are as follows:

Asus Z270-P
Nvidia GTX 1050 TI

File is playing via VLC

File is as follows:
Black.Hawk.Down.2001.EXTENDED.2160p.BluRay.x265.10bit.SDR.DTS-HD.MA.TrueHD.7.1.Atmos-SWTYBLZ
