Please explain my first Telkom bill?

Hey there, received my first telkom bill a week ago. I dont understand all the charges and stuff, so please explain to me all the charges? I was told that The closer option 1, including line cost, is R135, and for the line to be adsl active, R155. I use my own sp for bandwidth. And I was told, the first month I'll pay double. No installation charges or anything. So here are the 2 snippeds:

16 - 22 Sept and 22 Sept - 8 Oct are probably pro-rata. The former period is pre ADSL and the latter post.

The 09 Oct to 09 Nov is your normal billing cycle.

If you add the 108.95 (line) 17.61(closer1) and subtract the 8.14(closer discount) and increase by 14% for VAT you get the R135 closer1 cost. The adsl line rental seems to be charged at R152 including VAT.

you're paying pro-rata for the doubles

They split up the Closer into the different services making it equal the total Closer (#) Package.
