They admit to robbing me, they make false promises to refund me and they have my bank details and keep stealing money.

I have contacted my banker and said it's theft. I am considering going to the police but the police are useless.

Does anyone know how to stop the Cell C*nts besides changing my bank account number.

You can stop a debit order on your account by vising the bank. I had to do it with iBurst!

I think its called a debit dispute form that can be filled out at the bank, but I would lay a charge of theft against them anyway.

I have also problems with Cell C. to change to prepaid took me 4 months. I fill in the form on 30 Dec. 2011 , to make a short story I had to send the form myself. I want to claim , but I used data while waiting for cancelling. They cancel , but there are still 2 gig. available for which I have to pay at the end of May.

If I had R1 for every little idiot at Cell C who "promised" to call me back or at least tell me why they are stealing from me, then it would be covered already.

So, to add insult to injury, I PM'd @Cell_C my details, who promptly phoned me a day later, then last week Monday sent me:

This is just an update.

I am busy with you case will have an answer shortly.

So I am all like, cool, I am dying to know how so many people at cell c can FSCK SHT UP!

And then today 8 days later I google the word shortly.

short·ly   [shawrt-lee]
adverb
1. in a short time; soon.
2. briefly; concisely.
3. curtly; rudely.

Man, cell c may be more useless than a dead fish but they know the English language BACKWARDS.

Since the only option on that list that fits is "rudely", since I consider it rude there is still no answer.

Why the fsck do we have to put up with this crap. It's pathetic.

I am sure he meant 'soon'. If you upset people, how do you expect to work on your case?

Don't they charge you like over a R100.00 and only stop it for three months? They always claim you have to stop it yourself at the initiator yourself?

How long does it take to phone accounts and ask why the debit peoples bank accounts for prepaid sim cards ?

I know as a client that is not possible, but surely Cell C escalations can get a hold of accounts some how.
