he is a human male , about 28. He stays with his mom, don't have a real job.

He is over weight , very nice guy, but, he got a piece of skin, like a 'boepens" that is hanging over, about 25 cm.

So if he wants to wee , then he also have to pick up, move his hanging tummy.

He does not have any medical aid, and I hear you can't just cut it away.

I feel sorry for him.

My bro had a hanging one which was pretty bad.....but largely due to an unhealthy lifestyle. He broke up with his gf, improved his diet and started gyming...and its gone

This is the only way

You say he lives with his parents so i assume he does not have money for a lipo+tummy tuck. Hard work is the only way unfortunately you may feel sorry for him but if he does not feel sorry for himself, he will keep on eating himself into metabolic syndrome (he prolly has MS already by the sound of things)

Honestly, he needs to want to do something about it, otherwise nothing anybody does will help.

He lives with his mother...why isn't she doing anything, like stop feeding him crap and motivate him to get a life?
