Get it tattooed so it looks like a moon bag then you can mission around shirtless and no one will be the wiser.

Go for walks each morning before breakfast. Repeat for a year.

Move to jogging each morning before breakfast. Repeat for a year.

This is the only way.

Not if you still eat like a pig. Diet is always the biggest factor in weight loss. Always! Exercise helps the body to burn more calories and streamline the inner pathways and systems for a healthier body, but if you are eating 5k calories per day as a fat person, the amount of exercise required to balance that out would kill you.

Better advice would be: Eat more sensibly every single day and go for walks as often as you can manage. As your weight comes down from eating healthily, you should be able to manage more walks. The cycle will continue and accelerate.

he is a human male , about 28. He stays with his mom, don't have a real job.

He is over weight , very nice guy, but, he got a piece of skin, like a 'boepens" that is hanging over, about 25 cm.

So if he wants to wee , then he also have to pick up, move his hanging tummy.

He does not have any medical aid, and I hear you can't just cut it away.

I feel sorry for him.

He could try to do some 30 minute walks each day ... preferably up hill ...

Regarding having a lack of money - you could always try to get him sponsorship like weight-watchers etc.

They usually keen to sponsor someone if they subject them to their diet + medication...

My bro had a hanging one which was pretty bad.....but largely due to an unhealthy lifestyle. He broke up with his gf, improved his diet and started gyming...and its gone

Sounds like he did well.

When you say gym ... how many hours a day ?
how many hours per week ?
what sort of diet ?

Gym 3 times a week for 90 minutes combo of cardio and muscle building , hockey on Sunday , squash twice a week......new group of friends.

Hardly any starch, low gi bread, no fast food, no egg yolk, cooking at home with set menus. And once a week a treat eating out, or having a binge. No fizzy drinks or juices....only water.

Also reduced booze intake to once a week, even if he went out every night of the weekend.

I wouldn't be able to do it, but I guess he knew he was in a rut for 4-5 years and decided to change. We all told him, but he only took action when he realised himself
