Please Help!

Hello everyone

This afternoon my pc started having these annoying popups!

the website that pops up is http://media.defaultimg.com/images/defaults41/approved/404.html

ive googled a fix/removal but seems like alot of ppl have experienced this. but nobody states if they found a fix or not.

Please, if somebody has experienced this annoying popup before pls let me know how to remove it!

im busy running a malware scan. hopefully it works.

i use firefox on windows XP

Next step would be to run an online such as Trend Micro.
