Love that Mweb has uncapped, but they seem to throttle speed quite often. A bit better speed would make me totally happy. It is quite a mission to load any video or even have skype conversation. But if anything else must be mentioned - I love their customer service!

The performance of my 384 uncapped is pretty much as can be expected, BUT having @mwebguy on twitter makes getting issues sorted out a breeze. They respond very quickly to queries there to make sure everything runs as it should. So +1 to mweb for that. 4/5

If you are an MWEB ADSL subscriber, please rate them on performance (speed and latency), support, value for money and overall satisfaction

Please also tell us how MWEB can improve to make you a happier customer.

The speeds are maximum for my line (384k) and latency is very good. Their support is excellent. They are a little bit more expensive than some others on the market but you get what you pay for, which is a good quality product that delivers. I'm very satisfied with them.

I have been with Mweb for more than a year, and I never had any issues, the best part they send out email notifications of when they are doing routine maintainces, the user portal is good, using the 1mb uncapped product, and never had any issues.

And another big up for shaking up the industry, and trying to get Naked Dsl in place, hopefully we will get there, that if the some people dont drag their feet for too long.

may be have a online support chat, instead of holding on for agent, think that will be a bit better that having to call in,
although have`nt called that much.
:)

Tried 3 other ISP's before MWEB and was not expecting too much but was VERY pleasantly surprised.
Have 1mb uncapped which works perfect for online gaming and always get full speed no matter time of day when I download.

Been with MWEB Uncapped since it launched. Tried everyone else before.
MWEB is the most stable and much less prone to outages. They're not affected as much by cable outages as they are very good at finding additional bandwidth to cover it.
Their service is prompt, friendly and always spot on.
I just upgraded to 1024 online and the process was flawless and my speeds changed as soon as I rebooted my router. My speeds are consistent and run very happily at between 100 and 110 on download.

Overall, I can't think of any reason to complain about them at all. Very happy.

I have not tried any other services, but I've been with MWeb since the launch of uncapped ADSL. I give it a 3 - Exactly as expected, but then - My expectations are high.

I can tell you their support is without the doubt the most pleasant telephone support experience I know of. Capable friendly support desk operators, good information, solutions.

I am with MWeb for the reason that they seem to have lead the uncapped ADSL revolution. I'm keeping my eye on them for more innovation in the future. As long as they lead the fight I feel they care.

Was on 384. Now on 1meg. Signing up, upgrading, call centre, speed, all great. I would've really like to support some of the smaller companies, but had bad experiences outside of MWEB.

I have used the MWEB 4MB uncapped, currently on the 1MB uncapped. Very happy with performance on both.

I am very happy. Don't know where shaping comes in, but the last few months i can pretty much do what I want when I want.

Moved from TI 384 capped to MWEB 1024 uncapped in February 2012

Performance
Getting the speed and general performance as expected

Support
Did not need any support up to now. Support during signing up was excellent.

Value for money
Up amongst the best

Overall satisfaction
Very satisfied and would recommend MWEB

Suggestions
Would have liked to have a 4 meg account but due to Telkom it is not possible at this stage in my area. Can MWEB put pressure on Telkom?

I moved to MWEB just after they announced the uncapped product, have been around for probably a year on the 4meg contract. Up till now I have had very good speed (nearly allways full speed), and can really say I have been pleasantly surprised!!

MWEB in the PE area is good but my line is a 4Mb/s uncapped line and often I find it difficult to achieve stable speed on it, esp gaming online. Value for money is great but I would like to see a price drop in the future seeing what we paying compared to other countries. Overall great package and would recommend.

Works great for me and I'm happy with the service so far ^_^
I would really like to upgrade my speed, but between MWEB and Telkom it gets too expensive :( (I'm on the 384kbps Uncapped)

MWeb Uncapped 4Meg, very good value for money, even if it is on the pricey side. I share the bill with two housemates to make it more affordable, and we never have issues with speed, availability or latency. Well done, MWeb.

We have 14 4mb business uncapped accounts.
Performance = 5, a number of lines sync above 4mb and we always seem to get full line speed
Support = 5, we are lucky that we have a great account manager who has dealt with any issues we have very quickly.
value for money = 4, cheaper than what IS are peddling and much better speed.
Overall = 5
