I have been with MWEB since the "Mweb big black box" days.
They have excellent customer service, but they ain't cheap.
If it wasn't for the fact that their service satisfaction was so great, I would have found some other ISP and moved on long time ago.
"I moan at them, they fix."

Value for money: At the time I purchased was unbeatable 100/25Mbps for R800pm
Network Quality: Despite the massive increase in bandwidth (from 10Mbps ADSL), I still experience buffering and latency when streaming. What is actually worse is that I have not yet had a speedtest value ticking passed the 55Mbps mark.
There is a cancellation penalty (linked to time) that I'm waiting to expire when I shall change ISP without a doubt. So, the day I experience close to 100Mbps on a speedtest, I might change my objective.
Billing: Of course, billing is always on time.

I have been a MWeb customer for years and never had any issues! IF I had a problem, it was sorted out very quickly! Their staff appears to be very helpfull and able. I have no reason to complain.

Value for Money: OK (could be cheaper)
Network quality: Good
General service satisfaction: Good
Support always could help me. But I always have to complain on Hello Peter before I get reaction. But then it is sorted in a record time...

Absolutely pathetic.
Back in the days when we had a business account with MWeb you could still tolerate their useless retarded attitude but recently I’ve given up on them completely. After vumatel installed Fibre in our area I thought I would give them another go because their 200Mbs up and down deal was the best offering.
But was I wrong ... first they delivered a toy-like router not capable of more than 100MBs and when I complained about never getting more than 20Mbs they finally realized it’s the wrong router all along...
And that took 3 months to realize !?
Still stuck with the router it has now been 9 months and over and above this I get maximum 50 MBs if I’m lucky! Yet I’m being billed still to this day for 200Mbs!!

Reliable network. Good choice of products. Easy to use portal. Very good customer social media interaction, despite the majority of complaints, MWEB will always respond to the customer and request more information to resolve the issue. A pity more customers don't post the good things, but that is the world of social media

A company good at ripping people off, they've ripped me off for thousands of rands. They do not update your debit order if the price of a line is reduced. They just continue deducting the full amount and refuse to refund you. I logged a Hellopeter post and my post got deleted, so it tells me Mweb has connection in Hellopeter as well.
