You add torrents which it will download for you, then you download the files straight from their servers.

You can also add links from most premium hosters and download the files through Real-Debrid.

Lastly there's a cool function that integrates with certain Kodi addons so you can get high quality streams from premium CDN's.

It costs about EUR4 per month. Though there are several pricing options.

Been using Bytesized for the past year (EUR13 p.m) for a bunch of different things and just wondering if there wasn't anything else out there, purely from a value vs money perspective.

Buy a local VPS. Run a script to install rutorrent. Done.

I've been using Offcloud. Torrent download directly to your Google Drive and then you get than massive throughput locally to Google Services with the local peers.
