Dude, why the "race card"? Should we have more stats to show who bear the brunt of crime? Do you honestly think that white people get the worst of it?

What do you think robbery with aggrevating circumstances is there for? And besides if some1 is killed during a robbery a MURDER docket is opened.

I said I'm not gonna loose sleep over a 4% chance of being murdered, that little bit you left out.

The stats show likelyhood of an individual beng a victim of crime, so I responded with my view point and mine alone, if you see that as selfish so be it. So what do think of the people that emmigrate looking at the same stats? Are they also being selfish? They looked at the stats and decided they are unacceptable, which is their right, they are not being selfish.

Its not a race card dude. It is fact. It was stated directly by many of the criminals during the crime! BTW then the Murder docket is closed very quickly making the resolve a botched robbery.

I did not state the white people get the brunt of it but most times when a crime is committed and the victims are murdered then it was because they were white. Thus victims being white aggravates the crime. Thats a fact

Lol... I'd like them to try and take on the dregs of society that are South African criminals. Pickpockets being pickpocketed, scam artists robbed of their "earnings" at gun point. When the international criminals flee it will be to late already! :D

Open your fl@ps, with others it is called eyes, and read the information at hand when the crimes happen! Government is not recording the race statistics of crimes and papers in not allowed to report so either. So if you are really interested do a project on your own.
 
The information I read and see tells me otherwise, it is spread out to all races. maybe you should pick up a Sowetan and Daily Sun or City Press every now and then to get a balanced view.

Can you not read? I said I'm not worried of a small 4% probability, and yes I lose no sleep over it. To live in fear of **** happening can only lead to you living an unhappy life. I live my life according to risks, and as far as probabilities go, 4% is not significant, not by any streatch of the imagination.

Why are people concerned of my personal feelings regarding crime in SA? I've got far more important things to worry about that affect my life instantly (not saying that crime would not affect me instantly), however an interest rate hike is far more worriying to me than probabilities of being robbed. Whether or not I have a job is more important.

It is a case of priorities and whinging about crime is just not anywhere the top of that list.

Some people talk of "normal crime levels" what is a normal crime level? A criminal should not be tolerated in a healthy society. That's the general rule that applied through out the years of Govern in any nation in the world even in America this principle is followed, this fantasy ideals they have of "freedom" does not work when the freedom is granted ONLY to the criminally inclined. Did you read my ealier posts? Did you not see that I see robbery as concern that lurks at the back of my mind? noADSLyet asked me about the probability of getting murdered and that is what I was answering.

I see you are still new around here, some advice would be to read the previous posts to know what people are taliking about.
