Well at 39-42Kbs (384kb line) i should theoretically be able to download about 90gb a month. Normally used the IS news server, but that is almost completely dead now.
Download movies, mp3, e-books, linux, ect...

Easy. Use braodband for what it was designed. Video clips (check out for example: YouTube), Skype, Online gaming, Linux distro's, Picture sharing and the list goes on.
....and a fair amount of my bandwidth goes to reading MyBroadband
