Please test a link for me (odd how I get more help from u than my hosting company)

Please let me know what backbone you are on? I am on SAIX DSL and I have no problems and on Voda GPRS there is no problems. I have had at least 10 people phone and say they can not access the site since Friday :(

If its an internationally hosted site, then recent international outage could explain why they couldn't see the site

Hmmm, Only IS having a problem with it and I think Iburst!
 
Not working on my IS ADSL connection. Seems like a routing problem on the IS international circuit. It gets the correct IP address 70.84.180.106 from DNS though.

I eventually tracked down the problem... IS in their wisdom has blacklisted the entire server. What is scarier is that Web Africa have not let a single client know that they have a blacklisted server and even worst is, it has taken them 6 days to even figure out that they are blacklisted! I had my first report of "website unavailable" on Friday (Good Friday) and I have been trying to figure it out. Even after numerous phone calls to Webafrica all they can say is, not our problem, phone IS:( Nice one guys... you the best!

Don't even get started on IS though, they just have a cut and paste response for me "Unfortunately we do not have you listed as a Technical Contact. Please read the below documentation which explains why we have this policy and how you can go about getting your request actioned."
