I share to family and friends. They use Ombi to request shows and then Radarr/Sonarr/NZBGET does the rest.

You get them to use Ombi through the site? I see the app is paid.
I got it all setup and then thought that I am not sure how many people will want to use the site. So how do your friends and family find the Ombi site in terms of usability.

If looking for an alternative to ombi, can also use overseer. I have that setup for my users. Also nice to use myself to see whats hot or just generally what is out there if I run out of shows.

My girl told me she wanted a certain show and a few days later she had it. The orders come down from on high and it gets done.

EDIT: R49.99 on Apple's AppStore but again, the web app works fine.

yes, you don't need the app. I just point them to a URL and provide the creds.

I'm testing it out now but if it proves useful I really don't have an issue buying the app.

Ombi isn't that cool. I find Overseerr much better. Has options to do 4k and has discover by streaming services etc.

Not sure I understand? Looks like Ombi does whatever Sonarr and Radarr do in terms of quality.

In fact it looks pretty similar to Ombi from what I've seen on their webpages.
