Maybe there's an issue with IS somewhere as I saw complaint's of slow speed on IC and OW (but that's nothing new) threads.

I'm sure Janitor will say something soon.

Hi
Anyone else having connection problems?

Apologies for only responding now, but am down and out with flu in bed

There are no known outages on the network right now. Especially uncapped via UHM IPC looking good.

Have quickly used a test line down in Umhlanga to simulate the two stars profile that you are on currently, and getting roughly getting +- 2.5 mbps on 4 mb line..

Now this is about an hour later than when you posted your message so it's not really a true reflection of the state of the IPC (when you experienced the connectivity issues).

I will ask in the morning that they look closer at UHM IPC to make sure during peak times everything ticks like it should. But again, as far as I can see, including my own connectivity, things are pretty stable at the moment.

Hi Janitor,

Our auditors have discovered that Plugg has been billing us for a 4 Mbps uncapped account we cancelled last year. It was reactivated two months after cancellation. No notification was received of this.

I'm sending you an email ...

I believe that you received a phone call from accounts after they have corrected the mistake and issued a credit.

Yes, thanks.

I can't find where the credit shows in the portal though. As I make manual payments I need to see the current balance or credit note.

Watched the hour launch of Surface pro 3 last night between 6 and 7, three stars today, from 5.

Basically, this account is approaching uselessness for me :-(

One day won't cause that. It's works using the last 10 days.

Regardless though, they need a premium or business version of this account for high usage people.

With that theory, a brand new account's stars won't move for 10 days, but this isn't the case as if you hammer it from the beginning, lets say friday night, by monday morning, you'll be on 1 star.

EDIT: I understand there is a 10 day rolling window but I think they compare your usage to the average or something. It's still blackmagic to me :wtf:

I have a business account that uses stars so that's definitely how it works. Maybe he is on lite.
