If hypothetically you have a telkom problem, I heard that when you log into a new account, it kinda like cleans up the connection but degrades over time. Try staying logged in with AH for a while and see if it's stable?

Otherwise, Janitor has some cleaning to do :)
 
Same Noah, 2 hours and did around 300megs and dropped instantly from 5 stars to 3 stars... so much for taking a week off of Plugg. No way that this averages over 10 days, it's immediate/hourly averaging.
 
My browsing is impossibly slow today. HTTP downloads keep failing. I'm going to try out a different ISP next month and reassess.

Throwing my 2c in - I download less than 1GB during peak times (6am to 11pm) and I am on 3 stars, something is up because using 30GB a month during peak time is nothing but yet I am being penalized.

Out of curiosity I had a look now and I see we're on 2 stars. Then I saw that over the two connections we did over 400 GB this month. So can't really complain. Still works fine.

Out of interest biometrics, what line speed are you on? I'm on 2meg line and struggling to get over 120gigs a month.

8 Mbps and 6 Mbps and an 8 Mbps account. We don't usually do this much though. Youtube buffering a bit currently.
 
Howdy,

We had a quick dip in International connectivity out via Cape Town due to a massive DDOS. The bad packets are now contained and things are returning to normal.

Seems that PS3 downloads have killed my stars.

Down to one star after spending a couple of days background redownloading my games that got wiped in a PS3 reset.

@janitor, have PMd you to check for me please.,

PS - all other downloading is appropriately scheduled.
