Plugg Uncapped ADSL Feedback

Having Huge AH Business account problems. Considering a switch to Plugg uncapped 4mb, maybe 6mb.

Anyway, what are torrents/shaping policies like? I Average anything between 300-500Gb's a month.

I've been using a prepaid account as a backup for my gaming and I'm happy with that but obviously downloads are pretty damn important.

Unlike AH, IS reward you for downloading during the witching hours.

Although you can't compare the two because one is a business account and the other isn't, I can say this:

Follow the IS rules by downloading only between 23:00-6:00 and you'll be fine, and you'll be saving yourself a heap in the process.
 
Hello my internet is very slow during the day especially YouTube(unwatchable)
I have a 1mb account and 5 star rating, it never use to be like this.

Very strange, I never had a problem for over a year.

Maybe leave the router logged into the capped account for an hour or so, so that your port can reset and then try again?

Have you logged this with support so that they can have a look? Alternatively PM me your user details and include a traceroute or two so that I can have a look once am done feeding the plants on the 2nd floor.

I am sorry to say this, but after being with PLUGG for a very long time, it is time to say goodbye..... terrible terrible throttling....
 
I used my friends 4mb uncapped Plugg account and got my normal 100kb/s and he used my 1mb uncapped Plugg account and got 5.5mb/s. I think I will change to a capped account after this month so I can get my full speed constantly and not just at night. I was getting 200 ping to South Africa CS GO servers this afternoon.
 
What's up with Plugg lately? We schedule our downloads and only do a few 100 GB a month. Currently on 3 stars and only getting 100 KBps on a 8 Mbps line and account.

my account also on 3stars and its slow

its just the test account

plugs limit is just to low for my daily usage

sadly have to move on..to a diff one

its limited to 4mbps on my 6mbps
