PMB wirless points

I did a good look around PMB the other day, and from both sides of town i can pick up numerous wirless lans with the SSID's of "www.saol.co.za" or "www.saol.com" can't remember which one , and "davies1" to "davies4"
Anybody know these networks, they seem to cover the whole of pmb!
