guys if you have a G4, do not update. I could not get the game to load at all. tried all the steps I found on reddit, got nothing.

just stay on an older version.

Wife and I are most likely going to do some hard grinding next week.
Zita park, 6 lures, 4 hours a day. she does Lucky egg evolutions once a day.

that way, she will most likely catch up to me in 5 days. I just want the stardust. I have too many pokemon I need to get to level 32 now...

living in pretoria you dont fool around for two hours in this heat. afternoon delight is purely for winter time...

Liez. At night you are doing transfers, evolves, power up's etc

Oh and gym battles

not next week. no the plan for pokemon go next week is:

clear out as much space as possible.
lure 6 pokestops.
spend the half hour chatching, do not bother transfering, there is no time.

lures run out, clear up space, hit stops for half an hour to stock up while clearing up.

repeat.


in theory depending on what you get in the area you could fill up what you need to evolve in half an hour every 3 loops. so we do 6 loops she does 2 lucky egg evolutions a day.
I do not do lucky egg evolutions, I just transfer everything. collect stardust and Candies, I dont need to do evolutions anymore.

3 or 4 days later she has gone from level 27 to level 32

in theory anyway.

there is no gaurentee there will even be an event.
and at that if there is one, it may not be double candy, or stardust. or XP.

there is no reason for them to give us an event we have already seen.

and quite frankly, moaning and blaming them for not giving an event is kinda against the spirit of getting free stuff. you kinda sound like a SJW for doing it. #justsaying.

do you get annoyed when the garbage collectors asks for a "krismas"? how is getting annoyed at no holiday event (what to call it has become such a massive social issue in the USA its not even funny....) is exactly the same.

I have like 75 candies and a few 700CP Evee, I am waiting, but not delibirately. I just have no need to evolve at this point.
