from what we have learned from people unpacking the code in the app they have made the odds of catching pokemon greatly lower

a green circle now means you have a 35% chance to get it.
then it goes down to 30% for yellow
28% for orange
and 25% for red.

I personally think this is a bug in the code, those were supposed to be individual values for some pokemon and got applied to all, leading to us going though more balls, and pokemon running more often.

I dont mind the 3 step bug being worked on, there are some nice rumours of what they are doing and it looks good.
I dont mind that pokevision is closed down, when the new nearby list comes into effect we wont need it.

what I do mind is the catch rate change. it has completely changed the state of the game.
google has already disabled refunding, and I see apple will follow suit.

for me, I am giving the guys at Niantic a week to fix this issue, or Communicate time lines about it to us (somehow communicating feels less hopeful than a fix...)
if there is nothing by next week wednesday and catch rate is still messed up I will uninstall and try again in a few months maybe.

It is pretty majestic but it cost me all of my great balls, half of my razzberries and pokeballs.

The one thing I really want and I've never seen anywhere popped up in the nearby tab and again I couldn't find it, I'm starting to think I should just wait for the next update or until they start fixing things instead of breaking them.

That's great news for the game.

I think they are looking to sort out all the bot issues before enabling battling and trading.

The biggest thing, I suppose, is the ability for people to submit locations for stops and/or gyms.

Which I doubt you can do in an unsupported country...

I just want to literally catch them all so I will hope for more pokemon.
I will worry about gyms and stuff one day when my catches are strong enough to be in them
