Don't have to be at the gym and you can be any member.

I've upgraded both my bag and my storage for "free" with gym holding.
 
It measures every minute but only updates every 4 minutes.

The capsha code is a good start. Three warnings and the account should get a special email notification warnings them to stop or face ban. One more and account should be banned. The only reason I say there needs to be a warning email is to help stop false positives
 
I been getting a lot 10-20 cp pokemons since the update, i am on level 20.
i saw something about a low level Diglett....other then Diglett, should i be keeping them?

but basically you want to cathc a CP 10 Diglet for sure, AND then you will need 1 or 2 Poliwag, Crabby or horsea that have bubble attack.
the bubble attack is the important thing.
you then power the poke with bubble up so it is CP 20.
then you put the bubble pokemon in a gym.
fight it with the CP 10 diglet.
Diglet beats the bubble user before the bubble user gets an attack in due to slow animation time.
get 500prestiege and 100XP. rince and repeat.

if you get 2 bubble users into the gym that is 200XP in about 30 seconds.

now you get a friend on a different team to join you, you get the gym to level 10 he clears it out.
you do it again.
this when used with a lucky egg will get you about 20 000 XP if your friend is quick at taking down the gym and you waste no time.

Why a cp 10 diglett? Do you get more xp when your pokemon is weaker?
 
Yesterday I said I was starting to become bored with the game and then this guy pops up:

So the patch for iOS finally surfaced and I am appraising 7 shades of crap out of everything. They seem to be easily impressed compared to the IV calcs I have done, but I suppose it's not a bad guideline.

Apparently I have the largest Ekans she has ever seen. I am flattered.
 
I got banned and I was only level 10. Don't know why it happened. Will not help to complain and email Niantic if game hasn't been released officially here yet.

what were you doing to break the TOS?
logging in to multiple accounts from one device?
third party apps with main account?
spoofing?
botting?
giving your account details to someone else to catch something in a different area for you?

Nope. Sometimes I used my phone and sometimes I used my tablet.

But there was this particular gym that I previously mentioned that had nobody there so I just took it. (I'm sure whoever had it must have been banned because their pokemon had a very high CP.) The next day suddenly somebody with a Dragonite with a big CP (3000+) took it over. Few days later same story, nobody holding the gym so I just put one of my pokemons there. Again today somebody with Vaporeon with CP of 2813 was in the gym and I'm banned.

My best Pokemon I had was an Eevee of about 1300.
