Snorlax was about 1km from my office.
Ran to where it was.
Caught it with a raz and an ultra ball.

Out of breath now. But it was worth it

do you know where the centurion news cafe is? like a block behind that away from Jean avenue.

I got the notification wiht 12 mins left. got up grabbed a smoke and made a run. there was no traffic on jean so I crossed immidiately, went through the parking lot of the center with the news, out the top and when I got to the next road he was on screen.
lit a smoke, calmed for a sec, gave berry, took ultra ball and caught it first throw.
walked back and when I got to the office the smoke was not finished yet.

There are other international sites that do similar.. I suspect its an application service you run to pull from the game servers.

My lapras has been in a gym since Friday. And within a 1km radius of that (rather hidden gym methinks) are very active gyms that switch every day and have extremely high Pokemon fighting it out. It really pays off to find a gym in a one way cul de sac hidden part of town! Are there any apps to look for other gyms close by within say a 5km radius?

Once you go in, you can never leave???

have been taken by a level 28 dude, with 3, 2300+ snorlax
