How about we have a poll for the US election that takes place tomorrow to see who everyone thinks will win? Not who you want to win, take note, but who you think will win. Could be interesting.

or just skip to the finish line... Israel or Palestine

Probably Romney for a few reasons:

- Late undecided voters tend to choose the person who isn't president.

- The country's economy is in the toilet and the president always suffers for that.

- I read some stats from the last election. Interestingly white voters actually voted more for McCain than Obama. This time around the numbers are showing a strong shift towards Romney.

- I don't see the black vote for Obama being any stronger this election because they pretty much maxed out their numbers last time.

- Something like 30 or 40 million Christians didn't vote last time, and i suspect a few more will vote because of the perception that Obama is moving the country in a liberal direction. E.g Obama supporting gay marriage.

The big question will be the Latino vote.

In saying all of that it's an extremely close election and anything can happen.

Very close, seems Obama might take it through the electoral college though; and Romney might win through the popular vote.

It's reversed this time, previously Bush beat out Al Gore through the (undemocratic) electoral college system, this time it's Obama.

I got an inkling Romney will have a very narrow victory. They are both just as useless as each other so doesn't actually matter other than for betting purposes.

That's another factor i didn't mention. Historically the person who wins the popular vote tends to outperforms pre election polling by quite a margin.

Obama should win unless America goes totally crazy between now and voting.

So where's the poll? Would be interesting to see the vote here.

Israel.

I hope Romney, I fear Obama will win though

+1

4 more years.

Let's hope not.

I think Obama will win with a good margin.

Maybe he had rotten timing to inherit Bush's leftovers and to come on the back of 2008's financial mess, but he's done nothing to stop their rot. So why why not go with Romney.
