poo sinks in the loo

Whats the difference between poo that that sinks and poo that floats.
Does it have anything to do with iron or zinc in your diet?

fat content of the poo in question...lots of fat and the poo will float.

It's also an indication of how constipated you are, I'm told.
 
So floaters means lots of fat, means cholestrol building up.
The lower the poo in the loo, the lower the cholestrol in the drol.
The higher the poo in the loo, the higher the cholestrol in the drol.

was under the impression it was the high roughage content that gave it 'floater' abilities.
 
The breakthrough test will prove if its too light...what do I mean. Well place a folded pice of paper over your index finger (maximum two sheets), quickly insert into ..ell you know. If it is wet and breaks through, your poo is too water and will float.. if it doesn't, be thankful...its all about the degree of alcohol in your stool!
 
And here I thought it was people who are full of hot air whose poo floats.

Isn't a drol with a lot of fat in it, indicative of your body getting rid of fat, and isn't it maybe a good thing?

yup, people who are taking those dieting pills etc will all have floaters

Actually you are wrong. A healthy stool floats and anything that sinks is not good. You need to increase your fibre content if it sinks. Because that means your stools are sitting too long in your intestines and too much water is getting absorbed causing you to not go as regularly as you should.
